Uitstelgedrag. Ik denk dat iedereen daar wel mee te maken heeft, maar de een minder dan de ander. Uitstelgedrag is de vijand van vooruitgang en resultaat. Het heeft vaak te maken met angst, onzekerheid, afleiding en je te druk maken waardoor je gedachten alle kanten opgaan.
Waar het ook vaak mee te maken heeft, is dat je doelen niet helder of groot genoeg zijn.

- Begin je dag met een goede ochtendroutine. Rust, beweging, meditatie, lezen, dankbaarheid, dag doornemen, etc.
- Begin je dag met je moeilijkste taak
- Weet waarom je het doet
- Plan het in en laat er niks anders tussenkomen!
- Geen zin, start met 5 minuten. Vaak worden die 5 minuten meer.
